    What are Promo Codes? Promo codes are vouchers that you can use to obtain discounts on purchases from Shopee. Where do you find the Promo Codes? Vouchers can usually be found in a few places:

    Just follow the steps below to change your password. Step 1 : Go to “MY ACCOUNT” in your “ME” page. Step 2 : Tap on “Change Email” and follow the instructions to change your email accordingly.
  • How do I update tracking number for multiple orders that are not under Simple Engine Oil Supported Logistics?
    You can easily update the tracking number for a few of your orders at the same time by following the “Ship My Orders” feature in Seller Centre as shown below: 1. We will provide the Tracking Number and the Company we Shipping to You. 2. Key in the tracking numbers for respective orders and upload the file to Seller Centre. 3. Make sure the tracking numbers shown are correct and click “Confirm”. 4. You are done! You have successfully updated the tracking numbers of your orders. NOTE: Inputting the tracking number for a non-SSL order is optional, and does not affect order completion or payment to you if buyers confirm the order has been received. However, you are encouraged to provide the tracking number which allows your buyers to track and trace their orders hassle-free.
  • When and how can I apply for a return?
    Upon receiving and inspecting your purchase, you can apply for returns before your payment is released to us. Payment will only be released once you tap on “Checkout with Paypal” or when Our Guarantee period ends. Tap on our email website and email us and select the product(s) you would like to return, choose a reason and fill in your email address.
